We're on a mission to make college financial planning accessible and transparent for every student and family.

Our Mission

Tryve was created to solve a critical problem: students and families struggle to understand the true affordability of colleges. With rising tuition costs and complex financial aid systems, making an informed decision has become increasingly difficult.

Tryve describes fit in words, never a score. A Fit Check asks three questions about a college: Could you get in? · Could you (or your family) afford it? · Would you thrive there? Each answer is one of five bands: Strong · Good · Mixed · Stretch · Not enough to say yet. Beside it sits the student's own Thrive Profile: the six sides of fit (Learning · People · Place · Values · Future · Support), in their own words. The sides are never added up into one number, and there are no odds.
